The current research aimed to study the effectiveness of a counseling program to develop parents' awareness of methods of communication with their adolescent children with its three axes (family dialogue, negotiation, delegation) to reduce family bullying in its three dimensions (verbal bullying, physical bullying, emotional bullying), the research used the descriptive analytical approach, and experimental method.

The research sample included 300 fathers and mothers in both urban and rural areas of Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate from different social and economic levels, and they were chosen in a deliberate, pseudo-intentional way.

The most important results concluded: There is a statistically significant correlation between parental communication styles with their adolescent children in its three axes (family dialogue, negotiation, delegation), and family bullying in its three dimensions (verbal bullying, physical bullying, emotional bullying), and there are statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 in the averages of parents' awareness of methods of communicating with their adolescent children with its axes, and family bullying and its dimensions according to their educational level, in favor of the high educational level, and according to the family's monthly income level, in favor of high income, There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the parents of the experimental research sample in the two applications (before and after) of the counseling program in the level of their awareness of methods of communication with their adolescent children to reduce family bullying in favor of the post application.
