Abstract EN

This study aims to present the field of hybrid regimes from the conceptual side to contribute to building a common ground, reduce confusion and reduce the intensity of conflict between different concepts for researchers, because most of the studies highlighted shortcomings in removing ambiguity about an accurate definition of hybrid regimes that fall into the gray area and it is impossible to classify them conceptually.

this study also dealt with an attempt to highlight the most important conceptual points adopted in the classification of regime through compatibility and difference, and then how to build a conception of hybrid regimes through some studies in this aspect with mentioning some characteristics of hybrid regimes.

the findings of the study highlighted that the theoretical-conceptual framework in the study of hybrid regimes is still recent and the research has not taken enough attention to reach the building of a common concept between the various scholars of the development of hybrid regimes in the list of conceptually mature systems.
