This article seeks to study the Impact of president Mr.

Abdelmadjid Tebboune discourses and on media practice in Algeria, in his 2019 campaign, he promised his 54 obligations, which has two main dimensions to the media direction defined in the 2020 constitution.

in fact, the research reveals the relationship of the influence of the political system through the president's discourses on the democracy that the government enjoys, and the political freedom available to the Algerian media, by employing the descriptive analytical approach of the president’s most important media-related discourses during the period 2000-2021, he revealed the interest in achieving one of the president's commitments through his action plan to improve digital communication, through the electronic media decree 2020 and the new draft of the media law and its openness to media professionals.
