Adoption is a system created by ancient Iraqi laws in order to create an ar similar to natural creation, and to arrange that relationship between adopters and adoptees and make it more like a natural relationship, through the articles contained in the laws dealing with the adoption was carried out through a memorialized contract, most notably the Hammurabi code, which dealt with the issue of adoption and defined its general frameworks and regulating provisions.
