This contribution aims to assess the rural development strategy adopted in the wilaya of Djelfa.

It is a retrospective evaluation of a program that spanned from 2010 to 2014.

This retrospective evaluation focuses on the proximity and integrated rural development projects (PIRDP) which constitute the privileged tool for implementing the national policy for agricultural and rural renewal.

The used indicators during this assessment concern physical and financial balances, unifying themes, efficiency, relevance and consistency

Cette contribution vise à évaluer la stratégie de développement rural adoptée dans la wilaya de Djelfa.

Il s'agit d'une évaluation rétrospective d'un programme qui a duré de 2010 à 2014.

Cette évaluation rétrospective porte sur les projets de proximité et de développement rural intégré (PPDRI) qui constituent l'outil privilégié de mise en œuvre de la politique nationale de renouveau agricole et rural.

Les indicateurs utilisés lors de cette évaluation concernent les réalisations physiques et financières, les thèmes fédérateurs, l'efficacité, la pertinence et la cohérence.
