Social responsibility as an approach is one of the priorities at a stage of its emergence called the socio-economic model (efficiency-responsibility).

later, it moved to one of its stages called the transformation model (efficiency-responsibility-management ethics).

therefore, this research paper aims to highlight the role that management ethics can play as a managerial approach to establishing social responsibility in enterprises.

Meanwhile ; the analytical descriptive approach is the ideal approach in this context because it helps in full analyses.

it is characterized by a detailed and accurate description of the relevant information on the topic.

finally, this research paper concluded that there is a consensual relationship between management ethics and social responsibility in terms of the transformation model that would allow devoting the social responsibility of enterprises based on the moral responsibility that the administrative leader must possess.
