This study aimed to build a systemic assessment tool for work teams inspired by the principles of the general theory of systems based on the following question: to what extent do the teams of Venus laboratories respond to the systemic standards ? to answer the question of this study, we adopted the exploratory method in determining the dimensions and extracting the required standards, after completing their preparation in its initial version, we applied them to four work teams in Venus’s laboratories in the Wilayat of Blida, and we obtained results indicating that all of these teams have a good response to the various systemic standards.
