Abstract EN

The current research aims to introduce both quantitative and qualitative social research and to discover the differences between some of the steps of designing qualitative social research, depending on the analytical descriptive approach, and comparative method as a method in social research through which the main objective of the research can be achieved.

Based on the theoretical study, it is concluded that there is a difference between the design steps of both quantitative and qualitative social research in general as well as in hypotheses, curricula and data collection tools, in addition to samples in particular.
