Critical philosophy, founded by Immanuel Kant, contributed greatly to the transfer of philosophical discourse from the modern to the contemporary stage.

its function was to rearrange the philosophical thought resulting from the debate between rationalists and empiricists.

this philosophy is a subject that requires a new and updated reading according to the data of the contemporary philosophical discourse.

this study concerned with the question of knowledge according to Kant is not only a philosophical reading of the Kantian project centered on the subject of knowledge, its tools and method, but we seek, through this study, to renew our understanding of Immanuel Kant's corpora on this issue, given that its texts are philosophically deep and complex.

it also deals with analysis of scientific ideas that contributed to the establishment of contemporary scientific rationality.

the goal of this article is determined in two parts: to renew our reading of Kantian texts according to the data of this era, and to highlight the role of Kant's critical ideas in addressing the most important philosophical issue which is the principles of reason, thinking and the nature of knowledge.
