The study aims to highlight the subject of (al-Gharar) and one of its most prominent applications on contemporary financial transaction issues, namely cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin as a model), and in this context the researcher tried to answer the following problem: Does the guide of (al-Gharar) have an effect on the weighting of the ruling on the prohibition or passport on the subject of dealing in cryptocurrencies? The researcher tried in haste to root for the subject of al-Gharra in Islamic jurisprudence, and then the scientific and technical imaging of the virtual cryptocurrencies encrypted so that he could in the end discuss the doctrinal aspect of the subject by presenting the trends of jurists and the role of contemporary fatwa in judging him, focusing on the impact of inference with evidence The result was that the subject of (al-Gharar) was the focal point, and the issue of the difference in judging virtual currencies is permissible and forbidden, and that knowledge of the theory of (al-Gharar) and its control will be answered.
