على العكس من البناء الاجتماعي المشترك و ما يكشف عن درجة عالية من التماسك الاجتماعي داخل النظام الإقليمي الخليجي، فإن هذا النظام يعاني تدنى درجة التماسك السياسي، و هذا يظهر بوضوح ليس فقط في خصائص نظم الحكم و النخب بل أيضا خصائص المجتمع و الدولة و في الإديولوجيات السياسية و النخب الحاكمة و الفاعلة لكل دولة، و عليه تسعى هته الدراسة للبحث في التحديات السياسية داخل هذا النظام و البحث كذلك في طبيعة أنظمة الحكم و إشكالية شرعية الحكم.
Abstract EN
In contrast to the common social construction and what reveals a high degree of social cohesion within the gulf regional system, this system suffers from a low degree of political cohesion.
state, and accordingly this study seeks to examine the political challenges within this system, and also research the nature of government systems and the problematic of the legitimacy of government.
