Summary: The study aims to analyze the content of the book of civic education for the second year of intermediate education to identify its role in value engineering as an important part of the curriculum and an essential element in shaping the identity of the individual and structuring its values according to the specificity of the society using the analysis based on word and content through the following elements: Citizenship, values of identity, social values, service institutions, democracy and responsibility, science and work, environment and health, In order to know how these books contribute to the engineering of the values of individuals, especially in light of the globalization of values and conflicts experienced by Arab countries, especially that education is today a national strategic weapon for all peoples.

The study is expected to reach the importance of the book of civic education in the engineering of values among adolescents about identity And citizenship as the two fundamentals of the formation of an individual good shareholder in the overall development.
