Abstract AR
يتناول هذا المقال العوامل المؤدية إلى النمو الحضري في الدول النامية و أخذنا كمثال إحدى المدن الجزائرية المتوسطة (مدينة خنشلة)، وهي دراسة ميدانية، سنحاول من خلالها الكشف عن أهم ملامح نموها الحضري و تطوره الوظيفي و العمراني وفقا للتصور الإيكولوجي في الدراسات الحضرية لنمو المدن وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي و الاستعانة بالمنهج الاحصائي، ; و اعتمدنا على عينة قصدية من خلال مقابلة مع مجموعة من المسؤولين المحليين وقد توصلت الدراسة الى عدة نتائج أهمها: - أن النمو الديموغرافي نابع من عمق المجتمع و خصوصيته الاجتماعية و الثقافية.
- أن الوضع الأمني الذي عرفته البلاد خلال التسعينات كان له دور في الهجرة الداخلية.
- استفحال السكن العشوائي و الهش - أخذ عدة خطط و أن توسع المدينة سيأخذ مستقبلا شكل النوبات
Abstract EN
This article investigates the factors that lead to urban growth in developing countries, and we took as an example, a medium-sized Algerian city (Khenchela city), one goes towards the most important characteristics of urban growth of the city with its functional and urban development; based on ecological theories that study the development of cities, we used intentional samples through interview with local officials.
He descriptive method was used and the statistical method.
- Demographic growth stems from the depth of society and its social and cultural specificity.
