Le contrat peut surgir correctement et a tous ses effets juridiques, sauf que les obligations de l'une des parties contractantes variant considérablement avec l'avantage qu'il a obtenu envertu du contrat ou avec les obligations de l'autre contractant.

Il a été constaté que cette disparité est la source de l'exploitation d'un autre contractant, et ceci affecté par la force de la loi soit dans l'annulation du contrat, on la réduction de l'obligation de la partie refoulée.

Summary: The contrat may arise correctly and has all its legal effects, except that the obligations of one of the contracting parties vary greatly with the benefit he obtained under the contrat, or with the obligations of the other contractor, and it has been found that this disparity is the source of the exploitations of another contractor.
