The study focused in this research on criminal mediation as an alternative way to resolve disputes outside the framework of the traditional justice mechanism, and its application, which included some family crimes.

To raise the problem of their suitability in these crimes of a family nature with its general provisions, which calls for the adoption of special provisions for mediation in family crimes, given the specificity of the relationship between the parties to these crimes, taking into account special interests that achieve the goals of society as a whole.
