Abstract EN

This research aims mainly at highlighting the methodology of the historical-modern readings of the Prophet's Hadith and the sources of these readings through the historical and cultural contexts in which they were formed.

The focus of the research is determined by a central idea: Can such readings-The modern divine revelation of the Prophet, that is, can these modernist methods and methodological tools be carried out and in this way they are in the West on the holy texts - the Holy Quran and the Prophet's Hadith - especially since they come from outside the usual Islamic trading points.

This modernist reading is governed by the cognitive contexts in which it originated, as well as the philosophical references and the intellectual principles that emanate from them, so that the mechanism of history and the validity of this claim can be understood in the application of modernist methods to the legal texts.
