يفرض القانون على المهني مجموعة من الالتزامات منها الالتزام بالإعلام الذي يعد أحد أهم الوسائل و الآليات القانونية في مجال حماية المستهلك إلا أن استعمال التكنولوجيا في العملية التعاقدية و على وجه التحديد في العملية الاستهلاكية أثر عليها و فرض ضرورة التدخل من أجل تعزيز أحكام الالتزام بالإعلام في العقود المتعلقة بالتجارة الالكترونية.
Abstract EN
The professional is required to comply with numerous obligations vis-à-vis the consumer, including the obligation to inform, which is one of the most important means of protecting the interests of the latter.
However, the use of technology in contractual matters, and more particularly in consumer transactions, has influenced them and therefore required the intervention of the legislator to strengthen this obligation in e-commerce contracts.
