There are many issues that have been addressed in civil law, and many literature and explanations have been mentioned on them, including the topic of the nature of commitment Returning to most of the books that dealt with this topic, the reader finds that they address it by presenting the ideas that were put forward by my doctrinal and personal doctrines of commitment.

What is observed in this regard is that the philosophical view of any topic requires penetration further into its depths and highlighting some aspects that attract thought and draw it into matters that are almost intuitive, but in a different way and in line with the ambiguous nature of the philosophical view, since this view often leads in the end to re-raise the topic upside down.

From this standpoint, this research came to raise the issue of the nature of the obligation from a philosophical point of view, leading to an explanation of its nature in Sharia as well as in law.
