And theLike any new one, judging the development taking place in this field requires time, effort and careful study in order to determine the positive return, and to know the extent of benefit from it in all areas of life.

Realizing the importance of this technology, this is what made me desperately need to try to search for the extent of recognition of this new technology and whether there is a legislative and technical practice that allows it to be applied on the ground in our Arab countries in general and the Algerian regime in particular
