This study is an attempt to enrich the problem of answering the demand on real estate set for investment in the city of Boumerdes, which keeps up with the development pace of small and medium sized companies.

we relied on a descriptive analytical approach to analyze the collected data.

we divided the study into two parts, one presenting the theoretical and the legislative concepts, while the other one was devoted to the case study.

we concluded that the city of Boumerdes had been suffering from a great shortage in industrial real estate due to its agricultural nature, which prevented it from creating industrial zones and new activities' areas, thus made the companies' activity focusing on services and trade, as the industrial sector requires the availability of real estate that allows the projects domiciliation and the enrollment of a large number of manpower in.
