In a context of a negative oil shock that began in June 2014, the diversification of the Algerian’s economy is more than ever a real emergency.
It is in this perspective that the tourism sector is seen as a sector able to be one of the levers of rupture with dependence on hydrocarbons in Algeria.
Potential exists and ambitious programs are drawn, however, the real political will constitutes until then the missing link.
Also, many shortcomings are behind the known delay in this area in Algeria.
The revitalization of this sector would go unequivocally through the allocation of larger budgets to the latter, by taking charge of the land constraint, by improving the business climate in order to promote local and foreign investment.
Concretely, the challenges to be met are numerous: funding, structural and institutional constraints, the insufficiency and inadequacy of the infrastructure, the deficit in promotion and the mediocrity in communication without forgetting the insufficiencies in training and lack of qualification of personnel.
All this, in a context of the health crisis which largely affects this sector...

Dans un contexte de choc pétrolier négatif amorcé depuis juin 2014, la diversification de l'économie algérienne présente plus que jamais une véritable urgence.
c'est dans cette optique que le secteur touristique est vu comme un secteur en mesure d'être l'un des leviers de rupture avec la dépendance aux hydrocarbures en Algérie.
des potentialités existent et des programmes ambitieux sont tracés, toutefois, la véritable volonté politique constitue jusque-là le chaînon manquant.
aussi, beaucoup d'insuffisances sont à l'origine du retard connu dans ce domaine en Algérie.
la dynamisation de ce secteur passerait sans équivoque par l'allocation de budgets plus importants à ce dernier, par la prise en charge de la contrainte foncière, par l'amélioration du climat des affaires afin de favoriser l'investissement local et étranger.
concrètement les défis à relever sont nombreux: le financement, les contraintes structurelles et institutionnelles, l'insuffisance et l'inadaptation de l'infrastructure, le déficit en matière de promotion et la médiocrité en matière de communication sans oublier les insuffisances en formation et le manque de qualification des personnels.
tout cela, dans un contexte de crise sanitaire qui affecte largement ce secteur.
