Abstract EN

This study aims to determine the level of occupational health and safety from the viewpoint of the workers of the electricity and renewable energy company, Tindouf unit 1, by exploring the various elements of the health and safety system and its relationship and impact on the level of achieving occupational safety for workers.

by using a descriptive approach supported by a case study, and using statistical tests conducted on the statistical package for social sciences program, results were reached, the most important of which, is a positive agreement among the study sample members that the institution is characterized by a standard level of occupational health and safety that is relatively high, and that it significantly affects the level of worker safety from professional accidents.
