This study aims to highlight the impact of critical factors on the success of the implementation of the enterprise resource planning system in the National Institution for Exploration, where the study community represented in the total users of the ERP system, and from among this community a random sample of (180) individuals was selected, and the analytical method was relied on, As for the tool, it was the questionnaire, and the data was processed by the statistical program SPSS v26, using many statistical methods, and the study found a high interest in each of the critical factors and system implementation.

Senior management, communication and training affect the success of system implementation.
