concerning the compensatory function of liability, its role has been largely excluded, sometimes it was replaced by the automatic compensation system, which completely excluded it from the idea of compensation, and at other times, the wrong faces indirect and implicit exclusion, by changing the concept of civil wrong and increasing the technique of insurance in order to guarantee compensation.

however, on the other hand, concerning the punitive function of civil liability, the wrong has a prominent role in maintaining its punitive function, whether within the framework of the civil liability system, or even within the automatic compensation system that did not completely exclude the wrong, and what is more than that is the new punitive function, by recognizing the idea of punitive compensation, which has broadly reconsidered the wrong.
