The subject of pedigree is of great importance in the Arab situational law and in the religious literature, because it is related to several social, cultural, legal, ethical, scientific and medical data, especially in the light of the scientific developments in the field of proof and criminal evidence and scientific research that aim at finding out the secrets of embryonic formation, birth and genealogies ; in addition to the frigidity that characterizes the situational law.

this study is a contemporary jurisprudential vision that takes into account modern scientific research to be a scientific jurisprudential ground on which the Arab courts of personal status, family legislation and civil status are based, in order to unify legislative thought and judicial jurisprudence and benefit from the diversity in genealogical jurisprudence.
