The discipline of staff member is a necessity in the interest of management in order to maintain its regular functioning and perform its functions in satisfying the needs of users of public facilities.

the disciplinary board has its regular composition and principals ,such as impartiality and confidentiality.

its hearings are closed by the absence of any foreigner.

the staff member referred to the disciplinary board must provide legal safeguards for the trial to be fair and impartial.

the opinions of the disciplinary board shall be reasoned and substantiation and the staff member shall be summoned to the board within sufficient time limits of not less than fifteen days.
