National liberation movements are based on the right of peoples to restore their occupied territories, and derive their entity from the strength of their peoples’ resistance to the occupier of their lands, and work to focus all their efforts on breaking the occupation and restoring their freedom and independence, using the role of the united nations in assisting the national liberation movements in restoring their freedom and independence.

on the grounds that subjecting peoples to foreign servitude, domination and exploitation constitutes a denial of human rights, contradicts the charter of the united nations, and impedes the cause of international peace and security.

all the documents of the united nations grant all occupied peoples the right to self-determination by all peaceful means and armed resistance, provided that, in case of resorting to resistance, they abide by the rules and norms of war and not deviate from them, to give legitimacy to their resistance.
