the auctioneer profession has formally appeared in 1996, within the framework of establishing professions and justice auxiliaries policy, including auctioneers, notaries, bailiffs and translators.

this policy aimed at facilitating and bringing the administration closer to the citizens and easing the execution matters.

the establishment of the auction profession coincided with the process of economic institutions liquidation.

however, this profession remained trapped in this field, which requires improvement and development due to the society's needs and requirements.
