Medical experiments are considered to be the most dangerous medical work on humans, so it was the focus of international and internal law.

international law did not prevent it from being conducted on humans, but rather organized it and established controls for its conduct, because medicine is an experimental science by its nature, and without experiments it will not develop, as for the Algerian legislator, it went along with international texts in permitting medical and scientific experiments on humans, as it was regulated by the law 18-11 related to health.

this study aims to clarify the various details dealt with in law 18 / 11 with regard to medical experiments, especially those related to criminal liability provisions in this field, especially experiments that do not have a direct individual benefit.
