Criminal responsibility is one of the most important theories in the penal code, as it is stipulated in several articles of this law, wether it is related to the impediments to criminal responsibility or its conditions.

the present article medicates the responsibility of the non-intentional error or what is termed the unintentional crimes under the current circumstances of COVID-19 pandemic.

the importance of the study is due to the increase in unintentional crimes and their proliferation in this period because of citizen's complacency and recklessness about the seriousness of the epidemic, and their disrespect of the established maws, orders and regulations of the quarantine.

which made us attempting to shed some light on the criminal responsibility of the non-intentional committed crimes, and the nature of these crimes and how they relate to Corona virus pandemic.
