Abstract EN

Our country suffers from a serious inadequacy in the tourism reception structures in which it has negatively affected the attraction of tourists.

thus, it must first cover the deficit in the field of accommodation that remains far from meeting the demand of tourists in the light of the increasing demand for eco-tourism especially desert and mountain tourism.

despite the initiation of completing of many tourism projects within the framework of the national strategy for preparing the tourism sector in the horizons of 2025, the deficit in the tourism reception structures remains visible.

however, giving the fact that oil prices have been decreasing in recent years, the problem of financing tourism investment projects has been raised.

here, this research tries to seek the opportunities available for tourism financing from the legal aspect.
