One of the main reasons for the emergence and spread of modern information and communication technologies in the field of education is to improve education.

in the technological system, the means of transferring information to a large number of means of communication such as radio, television, computer, such as the methods of presentation of information.

in the traditional educational system, education is mostly based on the transmission of information based on verbal form, while in the technological system it also includes forms related to audio and video thus, the introduction of education technology into the process of teaching foreign languages leads to a change in some aspects of the educational environment in the field of cognitive psychology.

from this point of view, this intervention comes to explain what the modern information technologies and communication in the teaching of foreign languages offer from the perspective of the discipline of cognitive psychology.
