Abstract EN

Contemporary civilization has created many scientific achievements and technological revolution in Western space, where Western civilization has contributed to achieving many results such as opening new horizons, through, various discoveries land, sea, and air, probing the depths of the body and soul, offering accurate methods in scientific research, and useful experiments in management, administrative and political.

But despite all these results, man lives in the West, and in countries that imitate the Western model, such as Algeria, in various and multiple crises, which are a byproduct of modern civilization.

The secretions had a negative impact on human life and the environment.

This paper examined and analyzed and analyzed the most important crises in our country, namely the political, economic, social, urban and water crises.

We relied on the descriptive analytical approach that uses statistical members and describes the reality.

This paper also dealt with an attempt to build a conceptual model for how to get out of the current crises, which includes the sum of possible solutions that the researcher deems appropriate in the political, social, economic, urban, educational and cultural fields.

Finally, we concluded this study with a summary and the most important recommendations that must be followed.
