Abstract EN

This study investigates on the issues of noise pollution in order to indicate the authenticity of the provisions related to it, therefore, it is addressed by its principles and criteria established by the Sharia jurists according to what is appropriate for their time, particularly that the apparent damage is the violation of public tranquillity, and developed by the Algerian legislator in accordance with modern variables.

We discuss this problem in two main points, the first one, is to adapt the noise pollution in Algerian legislation, and the second is to set the mechanisms of control it through various possible measures, in order to assess its effectiveness in reality, particularly since the issue requires actual dedication to the provisions of the law in the ence of serious forward-looking studies of various projects.
