The article examines the authority of parties to regulate the authority of electronic evidence in various new electronic civil and business transactions.

We have tried to apply most of the legal provisions and technical mechanisms contained in the Civil Code and the laws relating to the general system of electronic signature and certification.

This research has produced a series of important findings, including that the electronic directory is a complete guide that possesses the same authority as other traditional written evidence, In the ence of a special legal provision governing the treatment, it may be agreed that the substantive rules of evidence are violated insofar as they do not concern public order so that individuals may expressly or implicitly waive them.
