Abstract EN

This research collects the most important terms in Islamic jurisprudence, from the beginning of the book of purity to the end of the book of admitting-according to the Hanbalis arrangement-and defines them in Arabic and English from an idiomatic point of view, and pointed the most important provisions of Islamic law, restrictions in the English language, in addition to representation, when there is a need for further clarification.

the main objective of this work is to clarify those terms in the English language because of their importance in conceptualizing the legal rulings that are obligatory for Muslims who do not speak Arabic.

this can only be achieved by fully and clearly visualizing these terms, and one of the goals is also to serve the da’wah and preachers who need such terms when dealing with non-Arabic speakers.
