The volume of domestic and international trade is currently witnessing a rapid development, and an unprecedented increase in the flow of capital between in different countries of the world.

as a result, many overlapping and intertwined contracts between consumers and professional economic agents, this led to a change in the positions of individuals and the superiority of one party to the contract over the other.

this led the national legislator to develop legal mechanisms, legislative, administrative and judicial procedural, with the aim of achieving balance between the two sides so as to protect consumers from professionals’ abuse and their illegal practices.
