Abstract EN

This study aims to analyze the causal and dynamic relationship between oil taxation and economic growth in Algeria during the period 1990-2020, by using Granger causality and co-integration based on Engel and Granger method and error correction model, the study concluded that there is an inverse relationship between petroleum taxation and economic growth, while the results of Granger causality test indicated a trend of causation from oil taxation to economic growth.
