Abstract EN

The study aims at knowing the effectiveness of the e-learning in the Algerian context, following the sudden crises (the sample of COVID-19).

denpending on an analytical study at the university of Tipaza.

(the electronic platform and the preview of the courses for the novice teachers’ formation, as well as, the semi-directed interviews with the professional professors / the courses of 2018-2019-2020).

this study contributes to increase the interest of using the information technology and communication (tice) at the high education.

the e-learning construction needs an active intention by the dynamic group in the education process, despite the reached result which states that there are individual initatives with quality in the e-learning process at the university of Tipaza, but the e-learning process still suffers from a lack of interaction of using modern communication mechanisms that converts programmed content into interactive electronic activities between the student and the content and between the student and the professeur.
