Abstract EN

If the method of rationalizing public spending and consumption is one of the most important methods advocated by the state in order to preserve the social gains of the citizen and achieve sustainable development, the legal mechanisms to rationalize public spending and consumption is the framework through which the state has determined the implementation of this policy, and therefore this study came in order to evaluate and study the effectiveness of the legal mechanisms enacted by the Algerian legislator to rationalize public spending and consumption as a means of winning the bet of achieving sustainable development, especially after the spread of the krona pandemic.

the study concluded that the relationship between the policy of rationalizing public spending and consumption and achieving the sustainable development goals is proportional and integrated, as the bet of sustainable development can only be won through a wise policy to rationalize public spending and consumption, and the realization of this equation requires a coherent, integrated and appropriate legal framework for the economic and social conditions experienced by the Algerian citizen, especially after the repercussions of the krona pandemic.
