the goal of enacting these texts is to preserve private real property against any aggression or destruction or sabotage by deciding deterrent penal penalties for each violator, and therefore the arrangement of the penal penalty is a confirmation of the penal protection assigned to property, which constitutes a bulwark against infringement by others, through the most important crime stipulated by the Algerian legislator in the penal code, which is the crime of infringement on real estate property the special provisions stipulated in article 386 thereof.
