Abstract EN

This study aimed to show the role of the moral intelligence of the policeman, within the interactive proximity approach in marketing and presenting a good mental image of the Algerian national security institution, especially in times of crisis.

The development of emotional stability requires a high degree of moral intelligence stemming from the values and principles of our true Islamic religion, in light of respect for the law and the principles of human rights.

The study showed that the Algerian national security adopted an integrated and effective formative and communication strategy that focuses on strengthening internal communication and developing the behavioral skills of the policeman, in a way that strengthens the values of moral intelligence in his dealings.

And the important role of moral intelligence in developing the personal values of a policeman, especially with the adoption of a code of conduct that focuses on considering the citizen the focus of the security process.

Which contributes to improving the mental image of the policeman among the Algerian public.
