Olive Oil product is one of the most important products that can contribute to the developing of exports outside the oil, considering that Algeria is considered one of the most important producing countries of Olive Oil in terms of quantity and quality.

This study attempts to identify the competitive situation of Algeria's Olive Oil in the worldwide markets compared to the most important exporting countries of Olive Oil.

we using several indicators for measuring the Olive Oil competitiveness, and also identify the most important determinants of external demand for Algeria's Olive Oil, with a focus mainly on the Canadian market.
