Abstract EN

This research aims to highlight the importance of a committed Muslim trader and his role in establishing security and social economic stability in society.

It also aims to identify the most important morals and sharia regulations that Islamic law has brought to guide the conduct of Muslims merchants in a divine manner, so that his dealings are correct based on honesty, not on lying, cheating and deception.

Noting also some manifestations of abuses in the business practices of some traders in the national market.

Through this research, we have reached a range of results, the most important of them is the existence of an imbalance between the orders and the prohibitions stipulated in the Holy Quran and the Prophet's Sunnah and the reality lived through the negative behaviors of some traders, which do not reflect the commitment and integrity of the true Muslim merchant.

We also sought the essential role and efforts of the Economic Control and Fraud Suppression Services of the Ministry of Commerce in monitoring the national market and combating all types of fraud.
