this is why the Algerian legislator directed towards protecting this family through his criminal policy of imposing penalties, as well as through follow-up through the code of criminal procedure, and there were many crimes the situation in the family, both during the establishment of the marital bond, and even after the dissolution of the marital bond, and this is what we will focus on clarifying through this research paper.
