The current study aimed to measure the university student's level of belief in the evil eye, in terms of the level of his belief, the level of knowledge of the methods of infection with it and the level of knowledge of methods of treatment and prevention, in addition to studying the differences in belief based on the difference between male and female students, the difference in the scientific level the difference in the type of scientific specialization and the difference in the housing environment.

the study was conducted at the university of Abu Bakr Belkaid, Tlemcen, the new pole, using a questionnaire of belief in the evil eye prepared by the researcher and the appropriate statistical methods.

the results of the study showed that the level of students' belief in the evil eye is average, there is no statistically significant difference in belief on the basis of difference in sex and scientific specialization, and there is a statistically significant difference in belief on the basis of the scientific level and the housing environment.
