يوضح هذا المقال أهمية الوالي الصالح سيدي الموفق في ضبط قواعد الزواج لسكان قبيلة آيت مليكش لقد ظل الزواج في هذه المنطقة و لمدة طويلة كمشكلة اجتماعيه، خصت بعض أعضائها، مما أدى إلى تمييزهم اجتماعيا عن الآخرين في نقس المجتمع.
فلم يتمكنوا جميع القرويين المكونين لهذه القبيلة، من التغلب و السيطرة على هذه الظاهرة إلا بعد مجيء هذا الوالي الصالح و إدماجه في حياتهم اليومية.
فلقد اتفقوا بعد حضوره و موافقته على إنشائهم لعمل يحتوي على قواعد التي من شأنها التحكم في سير أعمال هذه المؤسسة و جعلها من إمكانيات الجميع.
كان هدفهم الأساسي تحقيق المساواة الاجتماعية لكل وحدات القبيلة في جميع إجراءاتها المتعلقة بالزواج أفرادها.
Abstract EN
This article shows the importance of saint Sidi el Moufek in the regulation of the rules of marriage among the rules of marriage among the inhabitants of the tribe of ait mlikech.
for of these members, marriage had long presented difficulties according to which they distinguished themselves from others in the same community.
it was only after the advent and integration into their lives, that all the villagers were able to overcome these obstacles, by establishing a work containing rules governing the functioning of this institution.
their essential objective is the establishment of equality and social justice of all units of the tribe in all their procedures concerning their marriage.

Le présent article, montre l’importance de saint Sidi el-Moufek, dans la régulation des règles du mariage chez les habitants de la tribu des ait mlikèch.
cette institution présentait depuis longtemps, chez certains de ses membres, des difficultés selon lesquelles, ils se distinguent des autres dans une même communauté.
ce n’était qu’après l’avènement de ce saint et son intégration dans leur vie, que l’ensemble des villageois ont pu surmonter ces obstacles, en établissant une œuvre sociale contenant des règles régissant le fonctionnement de cette institution.
leur objectif essentiel, est l’instauration de l’égalité et la justice sociale de toutes les unités de la tribu, dans toutes leurs procédures au mariage.
