Abstract EN

This study aims to know the relationship between job burnout and job satisfaction among the working wife-nurse, especially in light of the COVID19 pandemic, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed and distributed in a random manner to 96 married nurses of Sidi Bel Abbes, because of its importance in providing human services and health care, where researchers relied on the appropriate descriptive analytical approach to the study the most important results of the study were that there is a negative inverse correlation between the dimensions of combustion and job satisfaction among nurses.

the study concluded that it is necessary to reduce the causes of stress among nurses by taking into account the various circumstances and responsibilities that they exercise in order to achieve high levels of satisfaction and family balance and achieve the general benefit that serves the state and society as a whole.
