Abstract EN

This study aims to estimate the impact of Islamic financing for small and medium enterprises on the profitability of al salam bank in Algeria during the period (2011-2020) by using the Engel Granger exponent and estimating the simple regression equation using the least squares method.

the results of the standard analysis showed that the stability of the time series of the two variables at the second difference using the ADF and PP test.

the study concluded that there is a positive one-way causal relationship between the outcome of the financing profits and the financing of private institutions.

the results of the simple regression also showed a positive and moral effect of financing private enterprises (small and medium) and profitability.
