Abstract EN

This study aims to define the role of the internet in achieving coordination between workers in the various administrative units of the Algerian telecom corporation, the el-Tarf state branch, where the descriptive approach was relied on in determining this, and a questionnaire tool consisting of a set of questions distributed to 96 workers in the institution was relied on.

as the study reached a set of results, the most important of which are : -emphasis by workers in the institution in the field of study on the use of the internet in order to obtain a coherent organizational structure in its administrative units, with an estimated rate of 47.9%.

-the workers of the institution in the field of study confirmed, by an estimated 36.5%, that the coordination process between them increases in effectiveness during the application of the internet within the institution.
